1. RPA FFWD Series of Talks by the Digital Leadership Team
April - May 2019
Co-facilitated with the Chief Digital Officer, Mike Margolin, the RPA FFWD series of 12 pub talks that aimed to share the agency’s POV on a variety of relevant & trending topics like Digital Transformation, Data & Privacy etc. that would help evolve the agency’s digital services for the future.
May 2018 - April 2019
I was also responsible for facilitating discussions amongst VPs and SVPs to share cross-departmental tools, frameworks & knowledge to develop POVs in preparation for the FFWD series of talks.
2. Adobe Creative Jam - People’s Choice UX Design Award
March 2018
The event was focused on UX Design where 9 teams of 2 members each were given a theme and 3 hours to go from ‘brief to finish’ using Adobe XD. My partner Amy Wong and I took home the People choice Award 2018 where 533 audience members voted to pick a winner amongst 10 participating teams in Los Angeles.

I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some incredible creatives & design leaders that have helped me refine my craft.
I like to give back to the design community by mentoring students, giving advice on their portfolio and tips on how to get started in UX.
3. Co-hosted the Diversity Panel: Rising up the ranks as an Asian American
I'm passionate about leading diversity initiatives. In May 2018, I organized and hosted (with my co-lead Hana Visaya) the diversity panel at RPA as a part of the Asian American Heritage Month. I'm interested in discussing the impact of culture on global careers and hope to help create a more inclusive workplace.
